Our Process

We’re creatives at heart and love the design process; what gives our work meaning is the relationship that’s built through collaboration with clients. It usually starts with an email, then a quick phone call, then proposal/contract agreement and we’re off to the races. We are a small, tight-knit group which means we’re pretty agile and have yet to meet a deadline we can’t beat. Our services enable us to contribute to and support your initiatives and endeavors—and we consider that a great privilege.

IDENTITY & BRANDING

The face and foundation of your organization. The crux of it all. We will help design and construct a unique identity that serves to differentiate you from your competitors and launch you into a new level of professionalism.

Concepting

> Moodboards to set stylistic direction

Phase II
Logo Development

> Logo concepts with sample application
> Revision/refinement to chosen direction

Phase III
Implementation

> Deploy the identity across a variety of printed collateral
> Five to seven items, possibly including letterhead, business cards,
envelope and presentation folder

Phase IV
Brand Style Guide

> Create reference document including logo usage guidelines, typography,
and color palette
> Provide client with all digital assets

WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Our custom-designed sites are clean, classy and professional and integrate the latest and greatest in Web 2.0 tools. We'll consult with you to determine the best strategy and solution, then collaborate with you through our three-phase process: wireframes, design, development.

Phase I
Consultation & Strategy

> Initial consultation to identify needs/goals and review your 'wishlist'
> Proposal process and contract agreement

Phase II
Wireframes

> Outline content and construct site map
> Identify key messages and navigation structure
> Wireframe each main page of the site (basic layout showing general
organization of information and site elements)

Phase III
User Interface Design

> Homepage mockup to establish design direction
> Mockup all interior site pages

Phase IV
Development

> Facilitate domain registration and hosting setup
> Create user experience and functionality (write code)
Refund/Cancellation Policy: After an initial consultation with the client, we'll draft a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and compensation. Once approved, we'll invoice the client for a deposit, for which there are no refunds or exchanges, even if a project is cancelled or suspended.
